Terms & Conditions

1. This ticket entitles the holder to participate in the 21st Germencik Fig Festival Tractor Raffle.
2. The raffle will be held on 28 September 2025 at the stage in Cumhuriyet Square, in the presence of a notary public.
3. Raffle Prize: 1 (one) Başak 2060BB tractor.
4. The raffle is organized by İNYA A.Ş.
5. Ticket price: 300 TL.
6. Participants must be 18+.
7. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
8. The winner must present valid ID to claim the prize.
9. Official taxes and fees are borne by the winner.
10. The organizer reserves the right to change the date/time if necessary (with prior notice).
11. Winners and alternates will be announced on www.germencikincirfestivali.com.
12. Objections may be filed within fifteen (15) days from the announcement date.
13. Participation implies acceptance of these terms.
14. Tickets without the hologram are invalid.
